Aims

Flair Care Solutions is a supported accommodation provider for young people and care leavers aged 16-25
We aim to promote the independence of young people. We offer a high level of support in the areas of
  •  physical, behavioural and emotional needs,
  •  achieving good health outcomes, making age appropriate decisions concerning their present and future,
  •  accommodation, good mental health, cultural and religious support, training, education and employment,
  •  economic independence in the areas of money, bills, rent,
  •  practical life skills such as cooking, laundry and the day to day management of a household. This focus maximises the quality of their adolescence, supports them into independence and prepares them for adulthood.

We provide 24hr onsite staff support and the most suitable accommodation that meets the assessed needs of each young person, paying attention to any special needs according to their support and pathway plan. We provide young people with a safe, stable home environment that is clean, welcoming and appropriately furnished.
We give the opportunity for each young person to participate in activities organised by Flair Care Solutions and to explore hobbies, relationships, and new experiences.

Accommodation

We provide solo and shared accommodation and most of our accommodation is near local shops, services, and public transport.
  • Every accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and has 24 hour onsite staff support.
  • All our properties are homely and welcoming and are decorated to a very high standard. We provide standalone accommodation in the form of studio flats and 1 bed flats which have their own kitchen, bathroom and living room. These are more suited for young people who require floating support.
  • Our shared accommodation has individual bedrooms, communal bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and dining areas, which we use to encourage our young people to make good relationships, engage in group activities such as eating together, games and movie nights.
  • Our accommodation complies with the requirements of the Housing Acts, Public Health Act, Fire Precautions Act, Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations and other national and local regulations and safety standards of housing.
  • We encourage young people to have a say in the way their home is run, the support we provide and the ways we help them learn to live independently, when the time comes.
